Returns and refunds

Because most works are one-off handmade pieces or custom commissions, returns are limited and must be agreed in writing. Damage in transit should be reported immediately with photos of packaging and item condition.

Custom deposits may be non-refundable after design, sourcing, or production work begins. Final terms should be confirmed before payment.
