Commission scope, materials, price, payment schedule, estimated timeline, and shipping plan should be confirmed before work begins.

Natural variation, handmade marks, curing behavior, and material constraints are part of the process. The studio will communicate major design or feasibility changes as early as possible.

Deposits may be requested through hosted Stripe or PayPal links. Phase 1 uses manual fulfillment and manual status updates in Sanity.
